Advance Payments
All online payments made through our website are treated as advance payments to confirm a booking. Once a booking is confirmed, the reserved dates are blocked exclusively for the guest.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable, as the dates are reserved and cannot be reallocated.
- No-shows or early check-outs are not eligible for any refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
